    in overall, the place is absolutely gorgeous, has very welcoming and incredible staff at the check-out. make sure to get superior king room with the most beautiful view as well as jungles decoration. the location is marvellous and excellent, just a short stroll away from the spa.

    I recently enjoyed a good week-long family holiday at the hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the attentive service was really good, with staff accommodating our requests for baby items, like a cot and baby sterilizer. Our complimentary upgrade to a stunning two-bedroom apartment was a wonderful surprise. The luxurious amenities, gorgeous spa, and delectable breakfast set the perfect tone for our stay. The location was ideal, allowing for easy exploration of nearby attractions.

    Incredibly beautiful and faultless hotel with luxury facilities and wonderful employees at the check-out. Gorgeous stunning room in their walk-in closets. Great location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Qatar National Library.

    The housekeeping was a mess-twice I requested cleaning with the sign on my door, and nobody showed up for hours. It's unbelievable they didn't even take out the trash afterward!

    The hotel was fine and perfectly located! It's just a quick taxi ride to explore the lively Souq Waqif and close to the serene Msheireb area. The pool scene was super chill, and the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed the whole time. Plus, our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a great spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

    There were definitely some hiccups. The Uber drivers had a tough time locating the place, which made getting around a bit frustrating. despite the hotel being luxurious, I expected a bit more attention to detail in service, as some requests took longer than anticipated to fulfill. it was decent, but I’m not convinced it lived up to the hype.

    The superior room featured full-length windows that provided a lovely inside-outside feel, complemented by a very comfortable bed. The staff members, especially at the concierge, were exceedingly great. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, served with excellent timing and detail. While overall my experience was fantastic, I did notice some minor delays during the evening dining service and a lack of variety in snacks, which could be improved.
